Reflection on the meeting...

The meeting started at 3:06pm by a group of three persons led by chairman Mohammed Al-Ameri, me, the minutes taker (Ahmed Al-Ali),and the last person is the participant played by Ahmed Al-Katheeri. The chairman started by introducing the agenda and how many minutes we must talk for each part and how we will talk and prepare the report. My part was the minutes taker, as I said, which means like secretaries who must write what they discuss and also join discussion with them. The hard part for me was writing and talking at the same time. I thought in some parts of the meeting I was slow to write them down. The meeting went fine and we agreed sometimes and we disagreed sometimes. However, in the end the chairman made some comments on some points which we need to take into consideration when writing the report.
